Upon entering, you’re greeted by a comfortable lounge area featuring a mounted 90-inch 4K Ultra UHD TV, a PS4 for gaming, and a snack bar—ideal for client relaxation or accommodating guests with children. Beyond the lounge, enjoy access to approximately 1,200-1,400 square feet of dedicated studio space within a 2,000 square-foot building, offering ample room to create and innovate. Unique Features & Amenities: In addition to our high-end creative equipment and versatile space, we provide modern amenities such as a well-maintained bathroom stocked with essential hygiene products for both female and male needs. Studio X Cleaning Process At Studio X, your wellbeing and safety are our top priorities. We follow a detailed cleaning process after each client to ensure a pristine environment: Daily Disinfection: Every area is thoroughly disinfected after each client session. Surface Cleaning: All surfaces, including desks, tables, and high-touch areas, are wiped down with disinfectant. Equipment Sanitization: Cameras, microphones, and other equipment are cleaned using Lysol wipes, Lysol spray, and approved sanitizers. Hand Hygiene: Antibacterial soap is provided for handwashing, ensuring optimal hygiene for everyone.
