Our home is in a residential neighborhood and houses a family with six children. It has a large grass and landscaped backyard with trampoline, playhouse, jungle gym, jacuzzi, walk out deck with stone patio and both outdoor lounge and dining furniture. The interior features a basement with a bar, movie theater, guest room and bathroom; main level with renovated marble powder room and mud room, home office with lots of natural light, family room, living room with piano, dining room and renovated white kitchen with natural wood. An oak rail staircase with glass panels takes you upstairs to the large primary bedroom with lots of natural light. White bedding, a sitting area, fireplace and frame TV. A large bathroom, double-sink and closet accompany the bedroom. There are three children's bedrooms upstairs in addition to a children's bathroom with double-sink. Two bedrooms have bunk beds (female style in one room, male style in the other). The third children's bedroom features a walnut crib and queen bed. Rooms can be featured with or without children's toys. The neighborhood features a pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and park within walking distance. There is also a country club in the neighborhood with golf, tennis, athletic center and dining. Down the street is a grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, and other boutiques. There are also beautiful hiking trails right outside the home for more nature shots as well.
