The space is a large, fully finished basement with rich red velvet wallpaper, black floors, gothic-style details, a hidden bookshelf door leading to a secret room, and even a small outdoor area. Whether you're going for bold, mysterious, gritty or timelessly stylish, this location offers an unforgettable backdrop. What’s Included: With five distinct areas, you’ll have plenty of creative flexibility: Entryway: Features an exposed brick back wall and a reflective divider. Sunken Main Area: The heart of the space, perfect for dramatic compositions. Lounge Area: A cozy corner for stylish, intimate shots. Secret Room: Hidden behind a bookshelf, adding an element of intrigue. Outdoor Space: Small but versatile for added variety in your shoot. All areas are included in the rental—no need to book separately. Additional Details: * Customizable Setup: Move furniture as needed, and nails may be used to hang décor. * Authentic Character: The space has minor flooring inconsistencies and some wallpaper distress—generally unnoticeable on film. * Restroom Access: While no restroom is currently in the basement (coming soon!), one is available on the main level. * Ceiling Height: Some areas dip below 7 feet. * Parking: Ample space available in the driveway. 4 cars or 3 trucks. * Need More Space? The main level of the house (light, bright, and modern) is also available for rental upon request.
