Open floor plan loft space, perfect for small photo and video shoots. 12 foot ceilings. Boho vibe, open kitchen, dining area, living room area, two hallway type spaces, brand new marble bathroom. Spiral staircase leads to private roof deck for filming, however the stairs are difficult to get large equipment up down.
Natural light towards the front of the condo (dining area), less towards the back (living room). I am a professional food photographer and shoot here often with a small crew. Kitchen is well equipped for food shoots - pans, vitamix, kitchen aid mixer, bowls, plates, glassware, measuring, etc.
Some basic grip available to rent upon request (sand bags, stingers, C stands, saw horses, surfaces). Food/bev props available to rent. Fridge can be cleared out for a fee. Peloton available to rent or will be removed from the shooting area prior to your arrival if requested.
This is a shoes off space, or bring disposable bootlegs to cover your shoes. No food or beverage is allowed in the “living room” area on the white furniture and rug.
