A projector and screen allow for movie nights, presentations, or custom visuals to set the mood. 🛋️ The Living Room Lounge – A cozy yet stylish area with ample seating, perfect for casual gatherings, dining, or a creative workspace. The adjacent kitchen is available for use, making it easy to entertain and prepare meals. 🌞 The Outdoor Escape – Inspired by the iconic Palm Springs aesthetic, our backyard features a covered patio with comfortable seating, a spacious lawn, and an 8-foot amoeba-shaped pool. Here’s what we do to keep everything in top shape: 🏝 Tiki Room Cleaning ✅ Surfaces Sanitized – Tables, countertops, and any high-touch areas are wiped down and disinfected after each booking. ✅ Floors & Seating Refreshed – The floor is swept and mopped, and furniture is checked and wiped down for cleanliness. ✅ Decor & Amenities Maintained – We inspect and dust decor items to keep the island vibes fresh and welcoming. 🍽 Kitchen Cleaning ✅ Countertops & Appliances Sanitized – We thoroughly clean and disinfect all surfaces, including the fridge, microwave, and stovetop (if used). ✅ Dishes & Utensils Washed – Any provided dishware is washed and stored properly for the next guests. ✅ Trash Removed – All trash bins are emptied, and new liners are placed to keep the area odor-free. 🌿 Outdoor Space Cleaning ✅ Patio & Seating Refreshed – Chairs, loungers, and tables are wiped down and arranged neatly for a welcoming setup. ✅ BBQ & Griddle Maintained – The grill and griddle are cleaned after each use to ensure they’re ready for cooking. ✅ Trash & Debris Cleared – We empty trash bins and remove any leaves or outdoor debris for a tidy environment. 🏊♂️ Pool Cleaning ✅ Daily Skimming & Debris Removal – We skim the pool and check for any floating leaves or debris. ✅ Water Quality Checked – The pH, chlorine, and alkalinity levels are tested and adjusted as needed for crystal-clear water. ✅ Poolside Area Wiped Down – Pool chairs, tables, and surfaces are cleaned and arranged after each visit.
