Our space is located in a historic building known as The Factory. Building 2 spans about 27,000 square feet across two floors. We've carefully preserved the building's charm with single-pane windows and exposed brick, while blending in sleek, modern fixtures and furniture for a sophisticated atmosphere. We offer five conference rooms of various sizes, accommodating groups from 2 to 30 people. Each room is fully equipped with Clickshare, TVs, whiteboards, Wi-Fi, and other office supplies to ensure your meetings run smoothly. The rooms feature glass exteriors, filling the space with natural light, and we also provide curtains for privacy when needed. This particular meeting room , "Mesa Grande" seats up to 30 people. If you'd like to add on a hospitality package which includes access to our cafe bar with coffee, sparkling water, sodas, and specialty snacks, please let us know. We can also help cater breakfast or lunch so you can focus on what matters most - the people in the room.
