Small restaurant space on Quinpool Road

Charming, eclectic restaurant space available for rent before 5 pm every day, and on Monday nights, with a 40-person capacity. Features a small bar with 4 seats, ideal for intimate gatherings, meetings, or events. Perfect for music video shoots, film shoots, photo sessions, or a pop-up coffee cart. Versatile space with a unique interior, offering a creative atmosphere for a variety of uses. Located in what used to be The Heartwood, on Quinpool Road. Jellies Bar is a locally owned little spot. Owned by two long time hospitality staff who also work each day in the space. In the area: a brewery, two coffee shops, two local craft beer taprooms, and lots of multicultural food options. Superstore, Shoppers Drug Mart, & Canadian Tire are all within walking distance as well. A bonus of the neighbourhood is the beautiful city sunset almost every evening down Quinpool to the west. The space has: 4 spacious booths on one side that can fit 4 people comfortably- or 6 in a tighter squeeze, 4 bar seats, 4 seats at a front bar that faces Quinpool, and 6 tables on the other side that have six chairs on one side, and banquette seating on the other. Tables can be moved around to accommodate meetings/presentations. There is a 60 person capacity patio out to the side of the building which can be used as well during the warmer months. We can make fridge space available in the kitchen if needed. There are two single use, gender inclusive bathrooms. There is a parking lot at the side of the building which is available for use, with access to a receiving door to the space that can be used for loading/unloading supplies/gear. Optional add ons: catering, bartender/server, previously prepared quick grab food items like sandwiches/wraps etc.
