Welcome to a hidden gem in North Seattle. When we moved in, we re-designed the space for beauty, comfort, and utility. There's nothing else like this in the neighborhood. Consider renting this space for a photo or video shoot, a class, a meeting, or other intimate event. Tucked away in a mostly-residential area, the studio is just blocks from several locally-run restaurants, a hair salon, and a coffee shop. Kids, families, and dog owners walk by throughout the day as they head out for school, meals, or taking an afternoon stroll. There's also a bus stop less than a block away. When you open the front door, you're greeted by a unique gallery area that opens up into a warm and inviting studio with 9'6" ceilings. Right off the entryway, you'll find a clean creative space with diffused south-facing windows and concrete floors to provide you with a blank slate for your projects. There's a lovely seating area, a dressing room, an office with a large gridded interior window, a kitchenette with a large wall-mounted TV, a work area, and an accessible bathroom. We have 1 loveseat couch, 2 cozy chairs, and a selection of 14 different chairs and stools that can be used for seating or as props. We also have several apple boxes available. There is variety inherent in the look of the design, and you're welcome to rearrange furniture to suit your needs, as long as you return it to how you found it before you go. Free street parking is available out front and around the building. We have an on-site parking space that can be made available under certain circumstances. Please ask us about it, especially if you have gear you need to unload. We’ll be glad to work with you to make things as easy as we can.
