Playboy did a photo shoot at this pool and lake home utilizing the kitchen for makeup , the office for one shoot, and the pool for another

Pembroke Pines pool/lake home close to Hard Rock Guitar and Hard Rock stadium. Our 4/2 has an open floor plan with the open kitchen in between the living room and huge game-room. The house is perfect for parties, weddings, get togethers and photo shoots. Our living room has an 80” Tv and several couches. Our game-room has 4 TVs, card table (which can convert to a regular table or a craps table), Pacman, Asteroids, Galaxa games, shuffle board, regulation size pool table, and a putting green game. There are Sonos speakers inside and out. Home has 3 bedrooms and an office. Bedrooms are restricted but both bathrooms are available. . Neighborhood pool home on the lake. 20 tropical trees and huge tiki hut in the lake. The outside is on the lake in front and the canal on the side. It has a grill, a huge tiki, and an oversized pool which can be heated. We also have a huge blowup screen and projector which can be rented as well. Pavers surrounding the pool, bar, and grill, but the is a lot of yard too. There is a huge screen room that also has a ping pong table. The front can park 10 cars, while the side can fit 3-4 more.
