Podcast studio Rental:$50 per hour with 2 hour minimum. $60 FOR ONE HOUR RENTAL. All overage hours are subject to time and a half 1.5 per hour Each rental includes (2)Rode pod Mic (1) Auto-Technica4040 mic, 4K camera, logic Pro X, OBS, elgato stream deck, Elgato capture card, Cam link 4K, three tripods. This 250 ft.² studio is equipped with all of the pictured furniture and is available for use in a full studio rental. Very clean building. Please no live bands for music videos. Prior photo and video productions have included: Interviews, web serices(YouTube), fashion/apparel, motion capture productions. CLEANING Crews must be respectful of the space and must put furniture back if moved and place trash in trash bin. Booking minimum of 2 hour. Posted rates apply to standard business hours: Monday-Thursday 12pm-10pm. After hours rentals are available at double the rate. Booked hours must include load- in/ load-out, set up, and tear-down or overtime fees at x1.5 rate(unless specified otherwise) all apply in 30 minute increments. There is no fee overtime.
