📍 Location: Residential area with free, plentiful street parking. The studio is located downstairs at the rear of the house. Some stairs are required to access the space. 🌟 Space Overview Welcome to our fully equipped home photo studio, ideal for portraits, fashion shoots, content creation, and more! The studio offers a 20ft x 20ft main shooting area featuring a stylish bookcase, fireplace, and versatile props. A 6.5ft x 6.5ft bathroom is also available for unique shots or wardrobe changes. 🧼 Cleaning & Sanitization Process We take pride in maintaining a clean and professional studio environment for all our guests. To ensure a safe and comfortable experience, we follow these cleaning protocols after each booking: ✨ Before Your Arrival: • The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every booking. • High-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, equipment, and furniture) are disinfected. • Floors are swept and mopped, and carpets are vacuumed. • Props, furniture, and backdrops are inspected and cleaned as needed. • The bathroom is sanitized, restocked with fresh hand towels, and equipped with soap and paper towels. 🧹 Expectations for Guests: • Please return furniture, props, and equipment to their original positions. • All trash should be placed in the designated bins. • If food or drinks are brought in, ensure all spills are cleaned up. • Any used backdrops should be carefully rolled back up to prevent damage. • Do not leave personal items behind—double-check before exiting! Our goal is to provide a welcoming, well-maintained space for every guest. Thank you for respecting the studio and helping us keep it in top condition!
