Centrally Located Studio with Beautiful Lighting and Earthy Vibes

This big, beautiful studio space is well-suited for yoga, dance, fitness or meditation classes, as well as private parties and gatherings. The space may also be used to teach seminars and classes. One large rectangular room is available for your use. One large window and 4 smaller ones, and two wide doorways to the lobby make for a bright space and provide lots of natural light. There are two gorgeous sconces made of hand-blown glass, overhead lights for additional and evening lighting, two ceiling fans for circulation, and even a disco ball if desired! Yoga equipment is provided for your use including: blocks, blankets, and floor pillows. Guests are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats. In addition, there is a sound system you are welcome to use, a restroom off the lobby and pure Sedona water for your students / guests. We combine traditional Western medicine, mind-body medicine, whole health nutrition, manual medicine and movement, and botanicals for optimizing health. We are pro-age and are passionate about integrative medicine. Our community is important to us, and we welcome individuals and teachers into our studio who align with our perspective and purpose. Guests are expected to put used textiles (blankets and pillows) to be washed / disinfected in the designated bin, as well as wipe down and disinfect any studio equipment (mats, blocks, weights) that was used with provided disinfecting spray and paper towels. We request that students bring their own yoga mats if possible. Studio staff cleans and disinfects studio and its equipment on a daily basis.
