Any stains will result in extra charges. - NO shoes on carpet unless for photo purposes & you have clean shoes. - Space and furniture must be left cleaned and in the same condition when arrived. - Setup & breakdown must be within booking period. Additional fee will be charged for overtime. - Keep the studio door closed while in use and remain inside. Do not hand around in the hallway.
