Welcome to UnCommon Studios, a full service production studio located in the heart of Wynwood, Miami.We offer flexible booking options with a 2 hour minimum: • Studio Rental Only – Full access to our thoughtfully designed studio, including all sets, furniture, and amenities. This option does not include cameras, videographer, or recording services. A professional lighting kit is available as an additional add on for $150. • Full Service Production – A complete, done for you experience including a professional videographer, 3 camera setup, and professional lighting and audio equipment to ensure high quality, production ready content. Raw footage is delivered within 24 to 48 hours after your session. Please note this is an add-on service and must be selected at checkout by choosing “Add Full Service.” Whether you’re producing commercial campaigns, social media content, podcasts, or photography, our space is built to support efficient, high level content creation. Designed with creators and brands in mind, the studio features 10+ unique sets and backdrops, premium production capabilities, and a seamless layout that allows you to capture a wide variety of content in a single session.
