Tech When You Need It – Optional add-ons like monitors or TVs for presentations. ___ Terms & Conditions Second Floor Lounge Rental Terms & Conditions By renting the Second Floor Lounge, you agree to the following terms: Setup, Breakdown & Cleanup: The client is fully responsible for setting up, breaking down, and cleaning up after their event. Your reservation time must include all setup and cleanup. If your event is from 1 PM to 4 PM, but you need an hour to set up and an hour to clean up, you should book from 12 PM to 5 PM. Access is strictly limited to the reserved hours—no early arrivals, no late stays. Onsite Coordinator: A staff member will be on call to assist with logistical needs, but they are not there to manage or support your event. If you need help with something, you can request assistance, but the coordinator will not be stationed in the lounge the entire time. Restoring the Space: The lounge must be returned to its original configuration before your reservation ends. All trash must be disposed of properly, and any decorations or personal items must be removed. Failure to clean up or reset the space as required may result in additional fees. By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
