Larger furniture cannot be moved. Light: The space's window wall is north-facing. There is no hard light in the space during the whole day, but we have blinds, so full blackout is possible. Sound: The studio is located on the 3rd floor and has concrete floors and ceilings, but the walls are not soundproofed. Bathroom: There are shared bathrooms located in the hallway outside of the studio. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND. SMOKING INSIDE WILL RESULT IN A $500 FINE. NO WATER, SAND, FAKE SNOW, OR ANYTHING THAT COULD CREATE A MESS IS ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO.
