This is a 3 bed 2 bath historic home with an open kitchen, 12 foot ceilings, lots of large windows and natural light. Charming features like antique fireplaces, heart of pine floors, and stylish tile. We've had photo-shoots with major corporations in the space. It's charming, lots of parking, close to restaurants. Commercials/videography work well also. It's a single story building. Easy access to get in through the front or back side of the house. There's a large back porch and yard space as well.
