Beautifully nestled on the ridge between city and mountains, we are centrally located in the desirable Catalina Foothills. Less than a mile away from St. Phillips Plaza and La Encantada where you will enjoy quaint cafes, restaurants, and shopping. The best of both worlds! Unique to other properties, your visit at our southwestern abode includes BOTH the main house (The Villa) and a detached secondary unit (La Casita)! Ideal for weddings in search of a private bridal suite located onsite! The Villa: 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, living room facing the courtyard backdropped by lovely mountain views, electric fireplace, 4 TVs, and dining room. -Bedroom 1: 1 King size bed, dresser, Smart TV -Bedroom 2: 1 Full size bed, desk, Smart TV -Bedroom 3: 2 Full size beds with a private bathroom, desk, Smart TV -Full size air mattress available upon request. La Casita: Studio style floor plan with a king size bed, Smart TV, kitchenette, dining area for two, -Bedroom 4: Primary Suite, 1 King size bed, 1 full size sofa bed, walk-in shower Enjoy all the amenities we have to offer! Interior Amenities: 5 Smart TVs, electric fireplace, board games, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, and reading material. Exterior Amenities: Nearly one-acre of outdoor space! Come enjoy the pool and diving board, two outdoor fireplaces (one Kiva and one pizza oven), kid’s playground, courtyard and backyard with artificial turf, corn hole, outdoor lounging furniture, plenty of paved and gravel parking, and a professional grade basketball hoop!
