Rustic Chic Retreat

**We do NOT do noisy parties/events!! This property is one of peace and quiet, and there are guests staying in short-term rentals next door that have been given assurances of this. For multi-day retreats/workshops, we do have short-term rentals on property. If they are available, we will have you rent through Airbnb and will give a 10% discount for also renting the Retreat Space! Just reach out and we will get you more information on this. Workshops and retreats with up to 60 people, work best (80 max). It is a fairly open rectangle space 30' X 40' It is located on several acres that includes a small pond/lake and feels like you're in the country but you're really near Austell, Marietta, and Smyrna and less than 10 minutes from food, groceries, and shopping. 2 large doors (1 rollup & 1 sliding barn door) can be opened to the outdoors. Some of the land can be used for activities outside of the event space, but this will need additional permission and probably additional cost. At this time there is no A/C, so summer months can get quite warm. In the winter we can supply propane heaters. There are some tables and chairs included, but you may need more or different for your retreat. Single uni-sex bathroom but no kitchen in the retreat space. There is a movable bar/counter for food setup, a refrigerator, and a cold/hot water dispenser available for your use. Sound system is available for your use but keep in mind that music and voices can not be too loud. This property is not ADA compliant.
