Über Elegant Colonial w exceptional grounds
Architectually significant home built in the 1920s in coveted Berkeley neighborhood. INCREDIBLE natural light throughout, especially in late afternoon/early evening on north side - actually breathtaking. High ceilings, loads of windows, lots of different spaces. Casually elegant. Incredible grounds in front and back of house, wonderful indoor/outdoor flow from lower level throughout.
