Total Cast & Crew Count (please be accurate to avoid high overage charges) All event requests should send details about DJ/Music, Cooking/Catering, Alcohol Bar/Free Pour, Age Range Of Guests, Bathroom Plans, Smoking, Children, and any other pertinent details. With ample space and a cozy ambiance, it’s perfect for creating memorable moments or capturing high-quality content. Upstairs: Minimalist Heaven with Open Dining & Dream Owner’s Suite The upper level is a minimalist haven featuring an open dining room space that seamlessly flows into the living area—ideal for lifestyle shoots, interviews, and elegant dinner scenes. The owner’s suite bathroom is out of this world—featuring spa-like amenities, luxurious finishes, and a serene atmosphere that adds a touch of grandeur to any scene. Important Usage Policies: Hours: Operating hours are from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Requests for extended hours can be discussed and accommodated as needed. Crew Meals: All renters should treat the property as an active set or studio. Crew meals will only be allowed to take place in the property’s designated eating areas or outdoors. Cleaning: The property interior and exterior must be returned in the same “broom-clean” condition it was delivered. Site Visits: We encourage tech scouts to plan your production more efficiently, and finalize any location approvals. Tech scouts can be added to your booking at a discounted hourly rate.
