Nearly an acre of secluded sun-drenched terraced gardens, with a cottage tucked on the side. Pool, jacuzzi, cabana, dining areas, 200 degree views from the Hollywood sign, Griffith Observatory to the west valley with aerial string lighting at night. We've accommodated shoots, weddings, day & evening parties and with the cottage guest vacations/staycations. For being in the middle of the city this surprisingly tranquil cottage, sitting on a knoll in the Hollywood Hills, provides a perfect environment for work or to relax & feels like a sanctuary in the middle of LA. From on-site parking, via a shared passage, you enter a private approx. acre of terraced gardens, with cottage siting on far side. It has floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom that provide beautiful views. Remote controlled black-out shades throughout, flat screens in living room & bedroom, audio throughout, Netflix, Apple TV, Sonos, internet. Bedroom has an Eastern king 76" x 80" (wider than a California king), living room has a pull out sofa for a comfortable queen 60" x 71", plus comfortable couch 30" x 75", for 5th guest. Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, also includes dishes, pot & pans, and utensils. The garden and its amenities are a big part of the space/experience. Laid out in three terraces there are many spots to relax or work, two separate eating areas both seating up to 8, a pool and cabana, sun deck, jacuzzi, fire pit, with WiFi thought. Private on site parking makes your stay completely secure. Fast access to Hollywood, the new hots spots of Silverlake and Echo Park, Universal Studios, Sunset Strip, West Hollywood and Beverly Hills.
