Welcome to Studio CLYX II, the newest addition to our studio space collection — a modern, light-drenched open layout space envisioned for photography, film, and curated events. Featuring hand-selected designer pieces that are a mix of modern and vintage with lime-washed walls that catch and soften the natural light, we also offer multiple scenes such as a dusty rose velvet curtains that can be drawn over the walls to create a whole new vibe. *This is a self service studio and you will be provided with access code and instructions on entering the building. If you’ll need to use the freight elevator, please notify me at least a couple of days in advance so I can arrange access. Please note, locating the freight elevator may take up to 15 minutes. A $5 fee applies for freight elevator access—kindly add this under the Add-ons. Freight operations are between 8am to 12pm and 12pm to 4pm EQ List Included with Studio: 4 x C-Stands 1 x V-Flat Full Family Apple Box Clothing rack with Hangers and Steamer NO smoking allowed in the studio!

Die Gäste können ihre Buchung bis 7 Tage vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten den vollen Buchungspreis (einschließlich aller Gebühren) zurück. Die Gäste können ihre Buchung zwischen 7 Tagen und 24 Stunden vor Beginn des Events stornieren und erhalten 50 % des Buchungspreises (ohne Gebühren) zurück.
