With over a 1,000 square feet of open-concept layout, fluted panel modern design, soaring 11-foot ceilings, and large floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light, it provides a versatile backdrop for any creative project. Thoughtfully designed for seamless productions, the space offers flexible layout options to accommodate sets, crews, and equipment. The fully equipped, large modern kitchen features a stunning 10-foot island crafted from Calcutta white porcelain, complemented by warm wood tones to create a clean modern aesthetic—ideal for food photography, styling, or craft services. The kitchen is fully equipped with premium Miele appliances, delivering a sleek and complete European experience. The rest of the space continues the open, airy feel, with neutral tones that embody true Scandinavian design. A standout feature is the stair railings, crafted from heavy black steel mesh, adding an edgy, industrial touch that perfectly complements the warmth of the wood accents.
