The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, and sink for quick snacks or catering during longer shoots. Free parking in the spacious lot on the side and behind the building makes loading and unloading equipment hassle-free. We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest has a safe and enjoyable experience. The space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking, with special attention to high-touch surfaces like door handles, tables, chairs, and restroom fixtures. All trash is removed between bookings, and the floors are swept, mopped, or vacuumed as needed. Hand sanitizer is available on-site for guest use, and the kitchenette is wiped down and sanitized regularly. We kindly ask that guests leave the space in the same condition it was found and dispose of any trash in the provided bins.
