The space is thoughtfully designed to support creativity and ease, offering 10.5 ft high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling curtains, and abundant natural light pouring in through large windows. The house is brand new and styled with a modern earthy aesthetic—think white walls, warm wood finishes, natural textures, and plenty of greenery throughout. Highlights include: White couch and neutral decor for a clean, elevated look Tile floors with wood laminate for a polished yet natural feel WiFi, kitchen, and bathroom access Driveway parking We kindly ask that larger furniture pieces not be moved, but chairs and lighter items can be rearranged to suit your shoot. The space works best for small crews (max 5 people), and we maintain a no smoking / no loud music policy to preserve the peaceful environment.
