Downstairs, the basement is a true hangout zone — complete with a cozy fireplace, pool table, projector setup, home office space, gaming room, and a basketball arcade. Step outside to the expansive, flat backyard lined with tall, mature trees for privacy and shade. Enjoy a custom-built deck with a hot tub, above-ground pool, soccer net and trampoline.
