Welcome to your peaceful hillside escape in Glassell Park, where large windows flood the space with natural light. Designed for stylish comfort, the open-concept living areas flow seamlessly. Hillside views and exposed wood beams enhance the open floor plan, creating a uniquely captivating atmosphere. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together in an open concept design. The property also features a generously sized and airy master bedroom. The outdoor area offers a wood deck with a picnic bench nestled between two large olive trees, enhanced by California native flowers and plants. A trampoline provides an extra element of fun. Adding to the unique charm, the house features four hammocks in different locations, perfect for lounging. We welcome inquiries from large group productions and are available upon request.
