This is a 723 Sqft open plan European/Industrial style event space. Conveniently located on C street 5th avenue trolley stop, between 5th and 6th Avenue on the same block as House of Blues, The Alma Hotel and the Marriott hotel. Parking is located on 5th and Broadway in the LAZ parking garage. Validation tickets with a flat $ rate will be provided to the host for all their attending guests. This is a bright, spacious and engaging space in the heart of Downtown San Diego. We hold monthly Open Mic nights where the space is transformed into a cozy casual lounge space. We also hold monthly pop exhibitions of established and upcoming artists based in Southern California, this gives the venue great cultural capital and local significance The space can be used for meetings, private events, concerts and pop ups.
