Pricing for certain dates, holidays and special events are subject to change. Going over event time will incur time and half charged as well as a $250 fee. I just wanted to mention that we're primarily an office building that happens to offer a beautiful conference and event space for those who need it. Because of that, we can guarantee the event space itself, but we don't operate as a full-service event venue. We do have an inventory of items available for use—such as highboy tables and other furnishings—which I'll be happy to send you. However, we can't guarantee specialty items like round tables, as those are not part of our standard inventory. If your event requires additional furniture or décor, you're welcome to bring those items in or rent them through a third-party vendor. We do have event supplier referrals if you would like. Similarly, our audiovisual setup is designed for standard plug-and-play use. If your event has specialized AV requirements beyond that, those arrangements would need to be provided separately.
