The studio offers a clean, welcoming atmosphere with flexibility for many uses. A fun dance class is available for your guests — upon request! Located in a very safe, upscale, and family-friendly neighborhood, the space is surrounded by local music schools, hair salons, and nail salons—perfect for professionals serving clients of all ages. Just a short walk from the Lafayette BART station, the studio is easily accessible for clients or guests coming from all over the Bay Area. We offer discounted weekly rental rates at fifty-nine dollars per hour, while one-time rentals are seventy-nine dollars per hour for the entire studio, plus the peerspace charges and cleaning fees. If you’d like to share the space and don’t need to rent the whole studio, space rental for private lessons with up to two students are available at just fifteen dollars for forty-five minutes or twenty dollars per hour, plus the peerspace fee. Renters can set up the space however they like within their rental times. Before the first rental, a quick meeting is required to walk you through how to operate the lights, AC, and other essentials. The studio features a premium sprung hardwood floor that’s gentle on the knees—perfect for dancers and movement professionals.The studio also includes a convenient bathroom and storage/changing room on-site for renters’ comfort. Our space has hosted a variety of events, including birthday parties, Giorgi's ballroom classes, light-up fitness sessions, balance and yoga classses, AJ's hip-hop dance workshops and many more.
