Massive concrete slurried pillars rise from the floor, serving as both support and statement pieces, adding to the space's rugged charm. Floor-to-ceiling north east and west facing windows line the perimeter, offering uninterrupted vistas of the bustling cityscape and mountains beyond. Natural light floods the interior, illuminating the space and accentuating its raw textures and minimalist palette. Custom tonal diffusion drapes feature throughout. Whether it's the morning sunrise casting direct lighting through the row of north east facing windows or the beautiful afternoon light through the west facing windows with golden hue over the skyline or the twinkling city lights at night, the views through these expansive windows are nothing short of breathtaking. At the front of the space, a private room with counter has been created ideal for front of house productions or can be utilized as a reception area. STRICTLY NO DRINK OR FOOD on FARMHOUSE TABLE (NO GLAM SET UP), our Farmhouse table has a raw finish with no sealant, no items may be placed on it as it will cause marks (if so you must use a placemat or thick table cloth) any marks will result in a refinishing charge STRICTLY NO MOVING ONYX CHAIRS Our custom made Onyx chairs are VERY Heavy and VERY delicate. Any movement may result in damage caused. STRICTLY NO MOVEMENT OF PIANO Our Piano is 84 years old and delicate. We spent thousands of dollars in its restoration. The wheels do not turn well and any movement may cause the wood to split and break. If you need it moved, you will have to arrange this with us before booking. A moving fee will incur. STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN THE BUILDING Our space and the building has a strict no smoking policy. Any smoke will cause the fire alarm to go off, resulting in a visit from the fire department at your expense. STRICTLY NO MOVING FURNITURE Our furniture has been strategically placed and CANNOT be moved without our consent. If you need anything moves, you must notify us in advance, a movement fee will incur. STRICTLY NO LOUD MUSIC. Music may ONLY be played at lounge level. Failure to respect the space and surrounding business by playing loud music will result in the early termination of booking. STRICTLY NO PETS ALLOWED. No exceptions, no Pets are allowed in the space. Turn up with Pet, booking will be immediately canceled. STRICT FOOD AND DRINK POLICY. Food and drink consumption only allowed using our fold up furniture. Strictly no dood or drink to be consumed on our furniture. Any spillages incurred will result in substantial fee added to booking. STRICTLY NO PAINTING ALLOWED IN SPACE. Two Elevators, One Passenger, and One Freight.
