The ground floor opens up to a beautifully lit patio, which has a gorgeous Japanese maple tree, beautiful flowers and a large open space that can make for shooting wonderful scenes. The first floor has large windows that gets great sunlight during the day. "This light is magical", a friend once said. The almost ceiling to floor windows provides beautiful light into the space throughout the day, with beautiful sunset lighting.
