To ensure the space is ready for your creative session, our studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking. Here’s what you need to know: Pre-Session Sanitation: All high-touch surfaces, equipment, and common areas are disinfected prior to your arrival. Post-Session Cleanup: Basic cleaning is included in your rental; however, guests are expected to leave the space in the condition it was found. Excessive Messes: Spills, trash left behind, or damage to the space may result in additional cleaning or repair fees. Food & Drink: Light snacks and beverages are allowed, but please avoid placing open containers near audio equipment. Trash Disposal: Trash bins are provided—please use them for any waste. No Glitter, Paint, or Hazardous Materials: These items are strictly prohibited, as they can cause long-term damage to studio surfaces and equipment. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping Xonic Records a clean and creative space for all artists and creators!
