Afro Chic Bungalow near Airport and Downtown

This cute bungalow is great for small events up to 25 people (a tad more if inside/outside) including birthday parties, baby/bridal showers, graduation parties and other small gatherings. (Or even quiet getaways with friends or your partner) The space features a full open kitchen with in-kitchen dining table seating for 5. Living room features seating for 4+ with a small smart-tv for shows/movies. There are 2 bedrooms, with a queen-bed in the calming green master along with an en-suite bath and reading nook. A full-bed in the bold colored room with a black and white bathroom down the hall. There is also an office available in the 3rd bedroom. After recently hardscaping the backyard, there is now a breezy oasis with sectional seating and intimate seating under the tree. Feel free to set up your own tables/chairs for your events. Although turf is now in the back, bugs STILL exist — please spray yourselves and clean up after yourselves if food is dropped on the turf. If you need any thing delivered to the space, please feel free to do so. Last minute thoughts do happen, so make your life as easy as possible. The garage is the only thing not accessible for you or your guests.
