PARKING SPOT #4. Do not block other vehicles, driveways, or neighboring units at any time. DO NOT unload under the breezeway! Unload from where you park. Please be mindful — this is our biggest issue with neighbors. There is plenty of free parking outside the gate on Walnut Street. Any vehicles found in violation are subject to towing at the owner’s expenses ⚠️ NOISE NOTICE The studio is not soundproof. A train passes nearby roughly once per hour and may honk. You may also hear occasional noise from cars, trucks, and neighboring units. ⚠️ All activities must remain inside the studio space only. Hanging out in hallways, stairwells, or in front of other units is not permitted. Common areas must be respected at all times, and loud noises or disruptive activities are strictly prohibited. ⚠️ FILMING RESTRICTIONS Filming is only permitted inside your rented studio space. Filming in hallways, outside the unit, or in any other shared building areas is not allowed. ⚠️ PERSONAL BELONGINGS Keep all personal items inside your studio. Do not leave anything in hallways, outside doors, or in common areas. ⚠️ Any furniture, equipment, or gear that is moved during the booking must be returned to its original configuration before the end of the rental period. ⚠️Client is responsible for any damages to the studio during the rental period. All damages must be reported immediately. Client must take before and after photos of the studio to ensure setup is restored to its original condition. ⚠️ Please note: Any violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your booking, and the incident will be reported to Peerspace. An additional $200 penalty will also be imposed for breaking any of these rules.
