Cleaning Process: We take great care to ensure the property is clean, well-maintained, and ready for use prior to each booking. Common areas such as the greenhouse, trails, and recreational spaces (pickleball, putting green, and bocce court) are inspected and tidied before your arrival. Outdoor surfaces are cleared of debris, and any previously used filming areas are reset. We ask that guests leave the space as they found it, removing all equipment, trash, and materials brought on site. Because this is a natural, outdoor setting, we cannot guarantee a completely dust- or pollen-free environment—but we maintain paths, open areas, and structures regularly for a safe and professional filming experience.
