Yes — a studio rep will be on-site to assist with any questions or needs. Can I bring in outside gear or crew? Absolutely. You’re free to bring in any equipment or team you’d like. What’s the smoking policy and fee? Smoking is allowed inside the studio for a $250 cleaning fee. Do you offer discounts for full-day or multi-day rentals? Yes — book a full day and receive one hour free. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy? Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a 50% refund. No refunds for same-day cancellations. Is loading in/out easy? Yes — we have a 12-foot wide roll-up door that allows you to drive vehicles or load large gear directly into the studio. Do you offer on-site tech support? Yes — tech support is available to help with gear, lighting, or troubleshooting. Can the cyclorama wall be painted a different color? Yes — we offer green or blue cyc repainting for $750 (must be repainted back to white after your booking). Is the podcast room bookable separately? Yes — the podcast studio can be reserved on its own or as part of your larger studio rental.
