The main area features a spacious common room with a large table seating 12–14 guests—ideal for group discussions or shared meals. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts a generous island with seating for 4, making it a fantastic spot for culinary demos or casual conversations. Presentations and workshops are enhanced by a large-screen TV, perfect for displaying materials or virtual meetings. Step outside to a beautifully landscaped backyard, offering ample space for outdoor seating, breakout sessions, or vibrant photoshoots. For added flexibility, a separate ADU provides additional breakout rooms—great for focused work or private meetings. Unique amenities include EV charging, a fully-stocked kitchen, abundant indoor and outdoor seating, and multiple flexible spaces to suit your event.
