The Cypress Meeting Room at Courtyard Fort Lauderdale North/Cypress Creek is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each use. Our cleaning process includes: Daily Disinfection: All high-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, door handles, and AV equipment are disinfected using EPA-approved cleaning products. Deep Cleaning Between Events: After each event, the room undergoes a complete reset, including vacuuming carpets, wiping all surfaces, and sanitizing equipment. Restroom Maintenance: Nearby restrooms are checked and cleaned regularly throughout the day to ensure a hygienic experience. Optional Midday Refresh: For full-day events, a mid-event cleaning refresh can be arranged upon request.
