Standard Cleaning Process – Bar Operations
Our bar follows a regular cleaning protocol consistent with industry standards for brick-and-mortar food and beverage establishments. This ensures a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for all guests.
Daily Cleaning Procedures (Open & Close)
All surfaces sanitized, including tables, countertops, bar tops, prep areas, and high-touch points.
Floors swept and mopped, including front-of-house, back hallways, and bathrooms.
Glassware, utensils, and equipment sanitized according to health code standards.
Bathrooms cleaned and sanitized: toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and trash bins emptied.
Trash and recycling removed from the interior and exterior.
Bar equipment cleaned: bowls, filters, blenders, and serving tools are washed, sanitized, and air-dried.
Outdoor seating areas wiped down and trash removed.
Ongoing Throughout the Day
Tables, chairs, and bar tops wiped between guests.
Spills and messes addressed immediately.
Bathrooms checked and tidied regularly.
Trash monitored and emptied as needed.
Weekly Deep Cleaning
Deep clean behind the bar, under equipment, and in storage areas.
Dusting and wiping of all wall surfaces, shelves, and decor.
Outdoor area power-washed or swept thoroughly.
Deep sanitation of drains, sinks, and prep stations.
Pest Control & Compliance
Licensed pest control service visits regularly for prevention and maintenance.
Cleaning processes meet or exceed local health department regulations.
Staff is trained in food-safe handling, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
Special Event & Rental Cleaning
Standard cleaning is included in all rentals.
Additional deep cleaning for unusual messes (e.g., glitter, confetti, food-heavy events) can be arranged in advance for an extra fee.
