The space includes a main studio area, a cozy lounge, three colorful waxing rooms, a kitchenette, and three bathrooms for your convenience. Capacity: The studio can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests, depending on the setup. Parking: Street parking is available, and there are nearby parking garages for added convenience. Accessibility: The studio is easily accessible via public transit, with the Bergen Street subway station (F/G lines) just a short walk away. Between bookings, the space is professionally cleaned to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment for every guest. All surfaces and high-touch areas—including tables, countertops, door handles, and light switches—are thoroughly disinfected, while floors are vacuumed or mopped as needed. Restrooms and kitchens receive special attention, with sinks, toilets, and appliances sanitized, and essentials like soap, paper towels, and trash liners restocked. A final walkthrough confirms the space is tidy, furniture is properly arranged, and amenities are replenished before the next booking.
