Brand new Photo/Film Studio!! Perfect for Music videos/ Commercial/ Film/ Photos/ etc. location is Ground level. Easy Free Parking! All sets are indoor. 1. Country club/bar: Walk into a 40ft x 20ft warm toned bar with wood paneled walls on one side filled and a brick textured wall on the other. Walls dressed and filled with western decor. Multiple dimmable neon signs throughout the space. And warm toned bulbs to add a nice atmosphere to the space. As you step in, on your left is a 8ft long bar and 6 wood high chairs. Behind the bar is 4 shelves filled with empty bottles. On your right is a 7ft pool table, that has a 3 bulb lamp that has bulbs that are controllable and dimmable and can change to the color you desire. A 9'x12' wooden dance floor sits right in front of stage to have your performances. *The 4 spotlights behind the stage are NOT included. There are metal plates to bring your own or you can add on the spotlights from our add ons section. There are 4 small round tables with 2 chairs for each to move around as you please. Exterior (photos to be updated). Bar exterior front to add to your scenes. A slanted roof add to the exterior to give a realistic feel to this set. 2. Y2k Pink Bedroom: Walk into our Y2k Pink Bedroom set to give all the right vibes. Dark mint walls, with pink furniture and purple accents bring you back to perfect girls bedroom! Rgb bulbs behind the bed to have full control of the color of your choice. Two windows next to the bed that you can shine light through to have full control. There are no lights behind the window, you can bring your own or add lights from our add ons section. On the other side of the bed is a Tv Stand with a pink tv, small props, and a purple radio. Above are butterfly lights and posters! A cozy corner with a purple rug and 2 hot pink bean bags. 2 book shelves sit right behind with all the perfect props. A mirror hangs perfectly next to it on our faux fur leopard wall to get the perfect picture! A pink vanity mirror directly across and a small table with a 90s iMac computer. 3. 90s Bedroom: Through the beaded curtain (from the Y2K Room) you are lead into a 90s Bedroom set. With Nostalgia vibes of an old TV, gaming system, and many more props! Posters fill the walls. You have an Amaran 300C light set right outside the window by the bed to use. Fully controllable to achieve the mood for your shoot. (The light is not moveable and only used for outside the window). 4. Vintage Office: A spacious 700 sqft office space with light yellow painted walls and wooden panels. A tall fake window to shine your own light through. In the office are 5 Tanker desks painted a light blue to go perfect with the yellow walls. 3 desks have vintage computers, 1 has a typewriter, and 1 has a fax machine. 4 corded phones. And lots of props to use within the space! There is a small waiting area across from one of the desks with 3 chairs, a side table, and a non functional water tank. 5. Motel Room: Right next to the vintage office. Spacious 700sf Motel interior Room. One door to get into motel with a small exterior to add to your scenes. Once you walk through the door there is a sofa bed with a coffee table. Next to the Sofa is a side table with a lamp and working digital clock. Behind the couch is a fake window which you can shine light through (other side is vintage office set). Once you face the two full size beds there is a window to the right that you can shine light through as well (other side is motel office). Theres a room divider between the front door and beds. Infront of the room divider, facing the beds, is a TV and Vintage Radio. Between the beds is one night stand with a lamp and working digital clock. Between the bed area and couch area is a small 30x30 table with two chairs. Above is a non functional vintage glass chandelier. You can place your own battery operated bulb but there is no power to this light. Other props: dresser, luggage rack, suitcase, standing lamp, small green fan. 6. Vintage Motel Office: Next to the motel room is a vintage motel office. Theres a 5ft check in desk with props like an old tv, bell, etc. There are 2 corner cabinet bookcase behind the checkout counter. Between these two are a mail holder and key holder. Across from the check in counter are 2 waiting chairs and a magazine shelf of old magazines ( magazines are fragile, please use wisely). You can shine a light through either side of the windows (one side is the motel room, the other side is the back of the stage of the western bar set). 7. Exterior Motel Set Directly across from each other are the western bar front and our motel room front. The western bar front leads directly to the bar set. The motel front is just to add to your scenes and doesn't lead directly to the motel room. Two doors lead to the bathroom. The motel front has fake windows to add to your scene and bulbs that are fully controllable. 8. Vinyl Record Store: Walk into a vintage/cozy vinyl record store with wood paneled walls and brick walls for different textures. Neon signs light up the space as theres multiple hung throughout the space. Rgb lights behind the register are fully controllable, along with the rgb bulbs that hang along the walls of the room. A vinyl record player sits in the corner along with a green plaid couch and a shelf filled with vinyl records. In front of the wood paneled wall sits two large non functional speakers. In between is a working stereo system that plays vinyl records, tapes, and is Bluetooth compatible. The check out counter comes with a register, prop radio speaker, and a telephone. 2 bathrooms with 2 stalls in each. There is no specific green room. We do have an area with a 1 folding table and chairs. We have an additional 2 round tables and about 10 chairs for larger productions. *Wednesdays - Theres is a street market next door. Set up starts at 2pm, they are there till about 10pm. Limited street parking during these hours, please plan accordingly. There are generators and music, please plan production accordingly. A/C: We have 3 Split A/C units. One is on the Western Bar, One is in the Y2K Pink Bedroom, and One is in the Motel Set.
