This space also offers a spacious 10-seat conference table, making it the perfect place for production planning, client meetings and creative brainstorming. Plus, enjoy easy access to the space with convenient free, gated on-site parking, ensuring hassle-free loading and unloading. We also offer access to top-of-the-line lighting, audio and grip equipment onsite, eliminating the need to transport equipment and making it easier to bring your vision to life.

Before and after each booking, all surfaces are disinfected. Floors are swept and the space is fully ventilated (doors and windows opened) between use. Bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Kitchen sinks and faucet handles are disinfected and fridge is emptied, if necessary. Trash is taken out.
