The space also includes a 10-seat conference table, making it ideal for production planning, client meetings, and creative brainstorming. Enjoy convenient access with free, gated on-site parking, ensuring hassle-free loading and unloading. We also provide access to top-of-the-line lighting, audio, and grip equipment for rent on-site, eliminating the need to transport gear and making it easier to bring your vision to life.

Before and after each booking, all surfaces are disinfected. Floors are swept and the space is fully ventilated (doors and windows opened) between use. Bathrooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Kitchen sinks and faucet handles are disinfected and fridge is emptied, if necessary. Trash is taken out.
