Acacia Studio – Pismo Beach Creative Production Studio with Natural Light, Lounge & Kitchen Welcome to Acacia Studio, a thoughtfully designed creative space in Pismo Beach — perfect for photo shoots, video interviews, small brand productions, and content creation. 📐 Space Overview: Main Studio (approx. 600 sq ft) – 15'3" x 39'1" Green Room / Client Lounge (200+ sq ft) – 14'1" x 14'4" Kitchenette (60 sq ft) – 3'10" x 15' Total indoor space: ~860 sq ft 🎥 Studio Features: Natural light from large skylight Seamless paper backdrops (multiple color options) Studio lighting, grip gear, and modifiers Bluetooth speaker + furniture Private restroom + mirror Coffee bar and compact kitchen with fridge, sink, microwave, and Nespresso Green room for client/talent use On-site studio manager available as needed Optional add-ons include camera rentals and full production services from our team at Acacia Productions. Cleaning & Sanitation Process We take cleanliness seriously to ensure every guest has a safe and comfortable experience. The studio is thoroughly cleaned before and after every booking Including high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, counters, and restroom fixtures. All shared surfaces are disinfected using commercial-grade cleaning products approved for studio use. Fresh trash liners are provided and removed after every booking. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available in the studio for your team to use throughout your session. We kindly ask all guests to leave the space as they found it, and we’re happy to offer light touch-up cleaning supplies upon request during your booking.
