Pre-Event Preparation All guest-facing areas are cleared of natural debris and litter, including paths, seating zones, and stage areas. Toilets, wash stations, and any hire structures (e.g. marquees, bars) are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised using eco-friendly products. Waste and recycling bins are set up throughout the site, clearly marked and ready for use. During the Event On-site cleaning staff maintain all toilet facilities, with checks and cleans scheduled every hour. Hand sanitising stations are available at key points (toilets, food & drink areas, entrances). Waste bins are regularly emptied to keep the site tidy and pleasant for guests. Post-Event Clean-Up A full sweep of the quarry site is completed to collect all rubbish, recycling, and equipment. Temporary structures and facilities are deep cleaned before breakdown or storage. We aim to leave the site exactly as we found it, if not better, ensuring minimal impact on the natural environment. Sustainability Focus All cleaning products used are biodegradable and non-toxic where possible. We work with local waste contractors to maximise recycling and minimise landfill. Water use is monitored to reduce unnecessary waste during outdoor cleaning.
