Bulk trash is anything that cannot fit within the trash cans. • Please return the studio back to the condition it was in. • Booked hours must include load-in/load-out, set up, and tear-down or overtime fees at x1.5 rate (unless specified otherwise) will apply in 30 minute increments. Early arrival counts as overtime. • Do not walk/stand on the curved portion of the cyclorama wall. Doing so will damage the wall with repairs starting at $500+. • No paint, dyes or materials that are difficult to clean (ex. glitter, flowers) can be used on the cyc wall without prior approval. Repainting/deep cleaning damages starting at $150+.
