Ensure all glassware is clean, polished, and free of smudges. Sweep the entire area, including under counters and seating areas. Mop the floor with a suitable floor cleaner and disinfectant. Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and countertops. Refill soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper. Sweep and mop restroom floors with a disinfectant solution. 2. During Operating Hours: Bar Counter & Surfaces: Regularly wipe down the bar counter and high-touch areas with a sanitizing solution. Immediately clean up spills and remove any debris from the kitchen area. Continuously clean and sanitize glassware as it is used. Keep the bar sink clean and organized, regularly changing water if hand washing is used. Regularly empty trash bins and replace liners. Periodically check and clean restrooms.
