Über The Ingress Events

The Ingress is a flexible indoor and outdoor event venue located in Raleigh’s Five Points area, just minutes from downtown Raleigh with convenient access to nearby neighborhoods and major roads. The venue is well suited for baby showers, bridal showers, birthday celebrations, milestone events, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, networking events, workshops, small corporate gatherings, and private celebrations. The property includes a light-filled main hall with white walls, neutral finishes, continuous wood-style flooring, overhead market lighting, and dimmable lighting. Events booked through this listing include access to the main hall, patio, yard, and garden, giving guests space to gather, dine, mingle, take photos, or enjoy indoor and outdoor event flow. Tables and white bentwood chairs are included with Events bookings. The venue is best suited for events of up to approximately 80 guests. Larger guest counts may be possible depending on layout, timing, vendor needs, and overall setup, but should be reviewed before booking. Included with Events bookings: * Main hall * Patio with built-in bench seating * Yard and garden areas * Tables and white bentwood chairs * Catering staging room * Two ADA accessible restrooms * Private on-site parking for up to 14 vehicles * Additional free street parking along Pershing Road * Open vendor flexibility * Venue host on-site during the reservation Additional support spaces, including the Flex Suite and Getting Ready Suite, may be available depending on the booking type, event details, and rental needs. Optional rentals and design support are available through Carried Away Rentals, our on-site rental and design resource. Clients may inquire about linens, place settings, LED candles, lounge seating, table selections, dance floor rental, tabletop decor, and other event details. Some items are available directly through Carried Away Rentals, while others may be sourced through trusted rental partners. Good to know before booking: All rental time must include setup, event time, and breakdown. A venue host is on-site during reservations, so the event type, guest count, vendor needs, and planned activities must be accurately represented when booking. Any event with dancing requires a dance floor rental, either through The Ingress or through a vendor of your preference. Outdoor amplified sound is limited and must be approved in advance. Alcohol service may be permitted depending on the event setup and applicable requirements. Vendors may be required to provide certificates of insurance. Weddings typically require a longer rental window and should inquire directly through The Ingress website so we can review the date, guest count, layout, timeline, and planning needs before booking.
